How to organize a casino theme party. 

Red, black and green make any casino party legitimate.  Make sure you have adequate lighting and a few sparkling lights to give your room that ‘Vegas’ feel.  Tell your guests in advance what you intend the theme to be, so that they are prepared to come as winners! How to estimate a budget for your event


There are a few things to consider when generating a budget for your event. 

  1. Number of people you expect in attendance
  2. The cost of the venue where you want to host the event
  3. Beverages that will be supplied and their estimated cost
  4. Decoration considerations
  5. Food/ Menu you plan on serving
  6. Entertainment considerations such as DJ, prizes, games etc

Music is the life of your party!


There is nothing like great music to set the mood and to the atmosphere of your party.  Be sure to have a wide variety of music that will appeal to a large group of diverse people.  You may want to consider hiring a DJ who has experience in determining what the crowd is enjoying and changing the mix if something does not seem to popular.  If you are working on a budget, be sure to download a lot of music on your computer, get some good speakers and let people choose what they want to listen to.  Make sure there is a lot of dancing space and keep the volume at a level that will allow people to still make conversation while enjoying the beat!  [back to top]
